• Durable construction: The bumper is made of 4mm thick sheet metal, and the frame mounts are made of 5mm thick sheet metal, ensuring solidity and durability even in the toughest off-road conditions.
• Precise machining: The product is first laser cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and its final shape is achieved during manual finishing. This production technology ensures a perfect fit and high-quality finish.
• Powder coating: Standard painting in matte black RAL 9005 with a fine structure ensures weather resistance. Additionally, it gives your car a modern and elegant look.
• Shot blasting and epoxy primer: The bumper is shot blasted and covered with an epoxy primer, which increases its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Thanks to this, the product is not only aesthetic but also exceptionally durable.
• Stainless steel bolts: We use only stainless steel bolts for bumper mounting, providing additional protection against corrosion and ensuring long-term operation without worrying about rusty marks.
• Universal mounts: The bumper has mounting holes for shackle mounts and two holes for a hi-lift jack, which increases its functionality and facilitates off-road use.
• Easy installation: All necessary mounting elements are included in the set, making installation quick and hassle-free. The bumper can also be easily removed when not needed.
• Customization options: Standard painting in matte black RAL 9005 with a fine structure gives your car a modern and elegant look. If you prefer a different color, we offer the option to order the bumper in any RAL color to perfectly match your style.
