Return policy
We make every effort to make your shopping experience in our store satisfactory, but if the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it. The following are detailed return policies:
1. right of withdrawal: In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a statement to the e-mail address: biuro@fabryka4x4.com.pl or by mail to the company's address.
2 Return Conditions:
The product must be intact, without signs of use, in its original packaging and with all tags and accessories.
Return of products damaged, bearing traces of use or without original packaging may not be accepted, and the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer.
3 Return Procedure:
Once you have indicated your desire to return, we will send you detailed instructions for returning the goods.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. the product was defective or not as described).
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
4. exchange of goods: if you prefer to exchange the product for a different one (such as a different size or model), please contact customer service before returning the product so that we can check the availability of a replacement. The exchange procedure will be subject to product availability.
5 Exceptions to the right of return: Please note that certain products, due to their nature, may not be returnable, such as custom-made products.
