Our online store provides secure delivery throughout the country, as well as international delivery options. Here are the detailed delivery rules:

1. delivery time: Delivery time for ordered products is from 2 to 7 business days after payment is credited, unless a different time is specified in the product description. In the case of custom orders or products with larger dimensions, the delivery time may be extended - details will be provided when confirming the order.

2 Delivery costs: The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered, as well as the location to which the order is to be delivered. You will find detailed information on delivery costs when finalizing your order and in the delivery and payment tab.

3. courier partners: we cooperate with leading courier companies such as DHL (parcels) and RABEN or PEKAES (pallets), which ensures timely delivery of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package, so you can monitor where your shipment is in real time.

4 International deliveries: We also offer shipping to other countries in the European Union and outside the EU. The cost and time of international delivery depends on the location and weight of your order. Please contact us before placing your order for accurate information.

5 Custom shipment delivery: In the case of orders for bulky products or special shipping conditions, we reserve the right to modify the delivery date. You will be informed at the time of ordering.

6 Personal pickup: If you prefer, you can choose to pick up in person at our warehouse (address: Factory 4x4 Limited Liability Company Polna 24, 38-457 Szczepańcowa ). Personal pickup is free of charge, but requires an appointment in advance.
