Delivery Policy

In our online store, we ensure safe deliveries throughout the entire country, as well as international shipping options. Below are the detailed delivery terms:

1. Order Processing Time

The delivery time for ordered products is between 2 and 7 business days from the date the payment is received, unless a different period is specified in the product description.
For custom-made orders or products of larger dimensions, the delivery time may be extended – details will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the ordered products, as well as on the delivery location.

3. Courier Partners

We cooperate with leading courier companies such as DHL (parcels) and RABEN or PEKAES (pallet shipments), ensuring timely delivery of your order.
After the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real time.

4. International Deliveries

We also offer shipping to other European Union countries and outside the EU.
The cost and delivery time for international shipments depend on the destination and the weight of the order.
Please contact us before placing an international order to obtain precise information.

5. Non-Standard Deliveries

For orders including products of large dimensions or requiring special transport conditions, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery time.
You will be informed of any such changes at the time of placing your order.

6. Personal Collection

If you prefer, you may choose the option of personal collection at our warehouse (address:

Personal collection is free of charge, but requires prior arrangement of the pickup date.

Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that shopping in our store is satisfactory for you. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it. Below are the detailed return terms:

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending a statement to the email address: biuro@fabryka4x4.com.pl or by post to the company’s address.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, in the original packaging, and with all accessories included.

  • Returns of products that are damaged, show signs of use, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

  • After notifying us of your intention to return the product, we will send you detailed instructions regarding the return process.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return results from our fault (e.g., the product was defective or not as described).

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Return

Please note that certain products, due to their nature, may not be eligible for return, such as products made to individual order.
