1 Administrator of personal data
The administrator of the Customers' personal data is Fabryka 4x4 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Szczepańcowa, 24 Polna Street, 38-457 Szczepańcowa, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001141004, NIP: 6842646355, REGON: 367477545, BDO number: 000060160 (hereinafter: "Administrator").

2. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "RODO").

3 Purpose of data processing
Customers' personal data are processed exclusively for:
processing orders and providing electronic services,
handling complaints and contacting the Customer,
conduct marketing activities - only if the Customer gives his/her consent.

4 Recipients of Data
Personal Data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as:
courier and postal companies (for order delivery),
payment operators,
entities providing accounting and legal services,
providers of marketing and analytical tools.
5 Customer rights
The customer has the right to:
access to their data,
their rectification,
deletion ("right to be forgotten"),
limitation of processing,
object to processing,
data portability.
